Gina Baker

Owner and Director, Dance And More

Ms. Gina has been teaching her love of dance for over twenty years, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, drill prep and gymnastics. She is a certified ballroom teaching artist in the Dulaine Method with Dancing Classrooms North Texas and is certified as a Lebed Method Instructor. She attends numerous dance workshops to advance her knowledge and experience including, Music Works Unlimited, The Pulse on Tour, and Dance Masters of America, where she is pursuing certification. Ms. Gina began her training at age five at Majorie Holzschuler Sellers Dance Arts Centre in Ohio and danced with the Ohio state champion drill team The Devilettes. Moving to Dallas in 1988, she continued her love of dance and studied with the Dance Departments at both Richland College and Collin College. She was a company member of Dance Express at Collin College.



Morgan Zerelle Ambrose

Ballet & Point Teacher

Morgan began her dance training in Austin as early as 1973 with Mary Margaret Holt at a UT Summer Dance program, Annette Duvall School of Dancing, then at the Austin Civic Ballet, under the direction of Eugene Slavin and Alexandra Nadal, where she enjoyed performing the full spectrum of classical ballets, and also was influenced by guest choreographers such as Igor Youskevitch and Yacov Sharir. She furthered her studies with Stanley Hall and Leon Danielian before moving to Columbia, South Carolina, where William Starrett asked her to perform in the Nutcracker Suite and Sleeping Beauty. While at the Columbia Conservatory of Dance, Morgan began teaching adult ballet. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia, Morgan continued taking dance classes at the Ruth Mitchell Dance Theater, and Gotta Dance! with Gary Harrison. She attended several Al Gilbert teacher conventions, and became a dance teacher at The Studio Atlanta Dance, as well as at The Academy of Ballet in Norcross, Georgia. While in Atlanta, Morgan also developed and taught an after school dance program. After moving to Dallas, Morgan taught for two semesters at City Ballet, and for three years at Janie Christy School of Dance.



Sandra Plunkett

Modern Teacher

Sandra Plunkett started her life as a dancer with the Ballet Memphis School on her tenth birthday. While dancing with Ballet Memphis, she worked with resident choreographers Karl Condon and Trey McIntyre. During high school, she spent her summers working with Kansas City Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet and Ballet Chicago. After graduating from high school, she attended Texas Christian University where she had the joy of dancing in works by Susan Jaffe and Loretta Livingston. Throughout college, Sandra has also created a number of original works such as Brittle Grasp, which received the Emerging Choreographer Award. In 2011, she graduated with BFAs in both Ballet and Modern Dance. She spent the following summer dancing in San Francisco with ODC Dance and Janice Garrett. She returned to Dallas to dance with Contemporary Ballet Dallas, where she is dancing her third season. She is also dancing with Dallas Neo-Classical Ballet. This is her first year with Dance And More.
